    Installation runner dehumidifier

     
    2.1 Introduction

          The chapters detailing dehumidification equipment from the factory to the installation instructions work required before installation read, help you correct organization of work. Dehumidification equipment related to specific installation dimensions and weight, see Appendix.

     

    2.2 Shipping and storage

    2.5 locations requirements

           To get the best operation status and fault repair service space shall be set aside enough installation locations and space requirements.

           For the cleaning and maintenance purposes, retain the essential services and compact space is very important.

           To prevent condensation inside the dehumidifier, so as not to expose the unit to temperatures below the dew point of the process air environment. In addition, if the unit is installed outdoors, it should take appropriate precautions to rain and snow from entering.

    2.6 basis

    2.7 Duct connection

            Size of the process air and regeneration air duct see recommended values of ISO7807. Duct and mounting flange pipe elbow joint, which bolt length should not exceed 20mm. When installing dehumidifying unit inlet and outlet connecting pipes should be aware of the following recommendations:

    Try to shorten the length of the duct system in order to reduce air static pressure loss.
     

    In order to ensure the performance of all rigid (galvanized) pipe fittings shall be airtight.

    2.8 Electrical connection

    Electrical connections shall be in accordance with local electrical installation standards by qualified personnel responsible for execution

     

    Dehumidifying unit can not be operated beyond the manufacturing range of voltage and frequency.
     

    Before the unit is connected to mains, to deal with three-phase AC power supply to be checked to ensure that the supply voltage fluctuation range does not exceed ± 10% equipment indicated voltage and frequency. For high-load situations (due to the conversion of large electrical equipment) can cause voltage fluctuations, this check is particularly important.
     

    Unit must be grounded and set the power isolation switch (installed devices), in order to ensure that the equipment cut off the power when checking and service.
     

    The power supply the fuse power must be consistent with the installed power and type of dehumidification equipment. Fuses should be installed in the vicinity of the dehumidifier. Optional power supply cable and main fuses should correspond to the correct operation of the dehumidification unit power.     2.9 External sensor connection (control unit)

    Dehumidification equipment can be pre-arranged in line with the external control system to provide terminals for the connection of external control elements. Cabling and connection details, see Chapter 7 random technical manual - appendix.

    When installing temperature and humidity sensing element (sensor), the installation locations should follow the following requirements:

    Temperature and humidity sensing element should be installed above the ground 1 to 1.5 m of position, to the controlled area in order to detect a representative level, or in accordance with design requirements laid detection point.
     

    Detecting element should not be installed in dry air or wet air, and a position outside airflow control regional impact.

    When the dehumidification system steam pipe connections, should follow these recommendations:

    In the steam inlet valve piping set should be installed in order to ensure access to regenerate the dehumidifying unit heater steam pressure within the specified range, which will help the device reliable and safe operation.

            When installing the steam trap, it should be placed in a heater at the bottom level of 0.4 m or less, the condensed water from the heater should be installed into a downward slope.

     

    Steam pipeline (including condensate pipeline) expansion bend should be installed to compensate for heat generated by the pipeline expansion.
     

    In the case of frozen dangerous situation, you must install a temperature probe. When the last row of the heating tube heater temperature drop below 7 degrees, should block the dehumidifying unit to prevent freezing of the heating coil.
     

    Dehumidifying unit near the steam pipe heating coil at separate support shall be provided to prevent damage to the heating coil by force.
     

    Frozen pipe connection 2.11

           Dehumidification equipment, pipe connections must be made by qualified personnel in accordance with regulatory requirements for installation locations to complete execution.

    When dehumidification equipment pipe connections, should follow these recommendations:

    Piping installation can withstand the internal pressure, water pressure should be higher than the actual operation.
     

    Cooling pipe system has booster pumps.
     

    The system should be installed cold water storage tank;
     

    If you install a filter on the water with sewage bolt should be installed horizontally.
     

    Shutoff valve to the pipe installation, for connection automatic valve, three-way valve should be selected, and provide the electrical connection. See Appendix for details of the electrical wiring diagram.
